Work begins with setting out levels and fixing the galvanised steel frame of channels and hangers. Boards are cut and fixed, then joints are taped and filled. Openings for lights, vents and access panels are planned in advance so the finished ceiling is clean and symmetrical.
The ceiling is delivered ready for primer and paint, with all lines straight and surfaces flat.
